I am an experienced pet minder and can take care of your precious pets while you are away on holiday or a work trip. I offer an alternative to a cattery/kennel, as I visit your pets in the comfort of their own home, so they will not experience any anxiety by being in a different environment.

I provide a free Meet and Greet consultation where I go out to your place to meet you & your beloved pet(s) beforehand. During this time your pet(s) can meet me so that they can remember me for my next visit.  I will also discuss all details with you, take notes and send the details to you afterwards to double check before you leave for your trip.  If your pet is fairly nervous around strangers, this is also a good opportunity for me to meet them and see how we get along.  Bear in mind that animals are very intelligent and can quickly pick up after a few visits that I am there to feed them and they often look forward to my visits, even pet(s) that are slightly more nervous/shy.

Over the past 12 years as a part-time pet minder, I have looked after many different types of pets, incl. dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, chickens, reptiles, fish, tortoise, mice, chinchilla, ducks - although this list isn't limited so please feel welcome to inquire from me.  I have also had my own pets over the years including dogs, cats, rabbits and fish.

I have different rates to customize to your individual needs and the time you want me to stay (please see services and fees).  I also offer once or twice a day visits, for 30 minutes, 60 minutes or 90 minutes.

As I offer an alternative to house sitting, I won't be staying in your home.  Though my pet minding services can be used in addition to a house sitter or a family member who might be staying at your place and who may not be able to tend to your pet(s).  I offer various different options but please note that I don't offer visits that are less than every second day (even if your pets have a feeder).  This is to ensure that they have fresh water and food, and also to check up on them.

I usually give regular text message/email updates during your time away, to let you know how things are going, although I can provide more regular/daily updates if you prefer.  I will also let you know if anything I notice anything is amiss with your pet(s).  And I am always available if you want to contact me any time whilst you are away, to hear how its going with your pet(s).

In addition to pet minding, I can take out the trash bin/recycling bin, empty out your mailbox, water plants at no extra charge.
